At Intracoastal Social, we take your privacy and intellectual property seriously. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and share information, along with how we handle content created during the course of our services.
We do not sell or share personal or business information outside of our network. Occasionally, we may contract with trusted third-party vendors (e.g., for design or web development). These partners must meet our privacy standards. Basic business information may be shared strictly to fulfill requested services.
Any content (photos, videos, graphics, text, etc.) that is produced by Intracoastal Social and delivered to the client or posted to the client’s owned platforms becomes the shared intellectual property of the client and Intracoastal Social.
Clients may use this content freely for any personal or commercial purposes. At the same time, Intracoastal Social retains the right to use all such content in perpetuity for its own advertising, promotional, and portfolio purposes, unless the client specifically opts out in writing.
This includes but is not limited to:
Content created by Intracoastal Social in an effort to secure a client contract (e.g., spec work, pitch materials, initial test footage) may also be used by Intracoastal Social for self-promotional purposes, regardless of whether a paid relationship is established.
All media usage terms are opt-out by default. Clients must notify us in writing if they do not wish for any content featuring their brand, likeness, or materials to be used in our marketing.
